The cottage has 3 bedrooms, all upstairs, a double a twin and a bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom is large with a bath and separate power shower. The sitting room is a good size and well furnished with a T.V and video. The kitchen is large and well equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a dining area in the Kitchen. There are no meters and all the heating and hot water is provided by oil fired central heating. There is car parking at the rear of the cottage.
