Dairymaid's Cottage No. 8  We have recently bought this cottage and totally renovated and refurbished it and it has been graded 4 stars with the Tourist Board. Strictly no pets allowed. | It is a terraced farm cottage at North Charlton farm which is our neighbouring farm just west of the A.1 and so ideally situated for exploring both the coast and the hills and close to direct routes north and south. |  |

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, all upstairs, a double a twin and a room with bunks. The bathroom is large with a bath and separate shower. |
| The sitting room is a good size and well furnished with a T.V and video . The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a dining area in the Kitchen. There are no meters and all the heating and hot water is provided by oil fired central heating. There is car parking at the rear of the cottage. |  |
